I realized how busy my life has gotten in the last 2 months and haven't been able to be consistent with my work outs. So this week I have been working with the after school kids at our gym and teaching them about health and nutrition, which includes ..... EXERCISING! Those kids are full of energy, and I can keep up! Drenched in sweat for 2 hours today and it was awesome! Lift off to the rescue!
